Hazard has made a blistering start to the season under new Blues boss Maurizio Sarri.
The Belgian five goals in six Premier League matches so far, prompting Sarri to claim the World Cup star can reach 40 for the campaign if he maintains his strong beginning.
But his fine form hasn’t gone unnoticed by clubs on the continent, with three said to have ‘concrete interest’ in the 27-year-old attacking ace.
Speaking on last week’s episode of the Transfer Window Podcast, football consultant Ian McGarry revealed Europe’s big boys are keen on launching a raid for Hazard.
McGarry said: “Hazard in June next year will be in the same contract situation as (Thibaut) Courtois – one year out of contract at Chelsea.
“My information is one of the reasons he’s so calm about his future is he’s got concrete interest, if not offers, from three of Europe’s biggest clubs: Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich for the season after this.
“He might well chose one of those elite clubs to transfer to.
“And his contract situation being what it is, Chelsea would be forced into a decision like with Courtois of whether they let him go and get a decent fee for him, or allow him to run his contract down and get nothing for him whatsoever.

Chelsea star Eden Hazard’s future discussed by Ian McGarry
“If Hazard does decide to leave, and I think those around him believe it’s time for something new and for him to further his career elsewhere, then at least Chelsea have in this case a good seven months notice to prepare to replace him – albeit players at his level are hard to come by.”
Hazard is expected to be rested for tomorrow’s Carabao Cup trip to Liverpool.
Sarri is being careful with his star man, after his busy summer at the World Cup with Belgium.
But he’s expected to recall the player when Liverpool make the trip south to west London on Saturday for a blockbuster Premier League showdown.
