Domestic clubs ranked by World Cup goals – Can Neymar fire PSG top? | Football | Sport

There have been 146 goals scored at the World Cup so far, and that figure is set to shoot up as we head into the quarter-finals.

Players from the Premier League teams have contributed plenty to that tally, with Tottenham and stars scoring a combined total of 17 times in Russia so far this summer.

La Liga giants Barcelona and Real Madrid have also been providing plenty of drama, with Cristiano Ronaldo alone scoring four goals before Portugal were knocked out.

French champions Paris Saint-Germain are lagging behind their European rivals, although doubles from Edinson Cavani and Kylian Mbappe in the last 16 bridged the gap.

Neymar has only scored twice in the tournament so far, but both he and Mbappe have the opportunity for more when Brazil take on Belgium and France face Uruguay.

Take a look through the gallery above to see domestic clubs ranked by how many goals their players have scored at the 2018 World Cup.
